Once your team has been accepted into an event, the following dates and guidelines below will need to be observed and met…
Player Eligibility
99 birth....players born in 1999 only!
00 birth....players born in 2000 only!
01 birth....players born in 2001 only!
Any player younger than a specific birth year that may warrant playing up a year MUST be approved by Prospects prior to final roster submittal.
Each birth year is a separate tournament contested on the same weekend.
Teams may have a maximum of 20 players but must have a minimum of 15 players

3) Final Roster Deadline…May 7, 2012

4) "Proof of Liability Insurance” Deadline…May 7, 2012
Prospects will need the name of your insurance company, the name of your insurance broker, your policy number and the policy period…A photo-copy of your policy is preferred.

5) Waiver Form Deadline…May 7, 2012
The waiver form must be signed by each player and one of their parents…Prospects will need a copy of this for our records. Waiver form can be downloaded from link below.

Hudson Travel is our/your official host for any Hotel needs…All participants are to book their hotels through them. Hudson Travel can also handle any other travel needs (air, car, etc.) as well.

Notes/Points of Interest
There are NO refunds on any tournament fees paid.
All teams should arrive the night before the event begins. Each team will play two games on Friday and two games on Saturday, the play-downs for those who qualify will start early on Sunday…The Championship game(s) will be completed by 4:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
Canlan Ice Sports Etobicoke is within 5 minutes of Toronto Pearson International Airport, ALL Hotels and major Restaurants, etc.
We have the absolute BEST group of Referees possible who have a great interest in all who are involved AND show a great “passion” for our Prospects events.
Certified Trainer on staff whom is available for ALL 3 days from “start to finish”.
